The former members of D.R.U.G.S. have confirmed that they’re starting a new band without Craig Owens. More info below.
This article outlines the history of the song with two bodies of music, for those of you who are still confused or out of the loop.
How does everyone feel about this?
Personally, even though it started as a Chiodos song, I don’t think it’s fair to “open the show” with that song, since that’s how legitimately every DRUGS performance started. It was a Chiodos demo, yes, but it was also actually on the DRUGS album with different music and as far as I’m concerned it feels weird to go back and act like it was never a song that DRUGS performed every night as a band. However, that’s just me. How does everyone else feel?
I’m getting a lot of questions regarding this tweet Craig posted earlier today:

- I don’t know details of why he went to rehab.
- I don’t know if/what he’s using.
- I don’t know anything more than what is stated in that tweet.
Sorry for the lack of information but to be honest, I haven’t really been following Craig since DRUGS came to a halt. I’m way more interested in the ventures of the other members, since they seem to have a consistency in what they want and believe in and with Craig I just get confused by all the stuff he says and puts out there since it seems to constantly be something new without closing off the things previously promised (contests, tours, projects, etc). I hope the best for him and that he’s doing as well as he says he is, but honestly, I know no more than any of you and you’ll all probably know a lot more than I will. I hope no one takes this in a disrespectful way, I just don’t want to blindly follow something when I feel like it’s fishy. I’ll always love Craig’s music and I’m leaving it at that.

Well Craig isn’t dead. That’s good to know.
For those worried about Craig, Chiodos just posted this on their Facebook with the caption “Hard at work”. Fear no more :)
I wish I knew what was going on.
